Research and Development is carried
out in the form of projects. New products are generally first
studied and developed in the laboratory and designated as antifoam
and polymer emulsion in water.
A Safety Data Sheet and an Inspectional Test Plan are drawn
up at this stage as well. The next step involves presentation
of the product to the customer, who verifies the suitability
of the product for his purpose. If this product meets the customer's
expectations, it is manufactured on an industrial scale.
When developing new product, our paramount goal is that of preventive
quality assurance. This leads us to attach particular importance
to the introduction of modern quality assurance method.
Production of high-grade products demand the integration of
suppliers into the quality system. Raw-materials, technical
goods and services are purchased by a high specialised Purchasing
Department. Raw material requirements are agreed with the respective
suppliers and documentated, eg in the form of technical term
of delivery or technical specifications.
Supplying over 300 silicone and non-silicone based products,
